Firstly, a big thank you for a beautiful home you have built for us.
If someone asked me to describe the type of builder you are in a one liner I would say you are
~ A boutique builder with project builder’s price to match – extremely good value.Having built with three other higher profile builders previously, you have given an uncompromised personal service and attention to details during the process. I have also noticed the way you treat your tradesmen with respect, your ability to manage with ease and deliver a complete home in half the time than expected.
Finally but not the least, I appreciate open communication we’ve had and the fact that you were responsive to my emails and phone calls almost daily. I believe the kind of personal service you give makes you different to others and I look forward to another project with you as our family expands.

Hi to you all.
After building 8 houses (the last two as owner builders), we thought that was the way to go, well
NO MORE, this last one built by Edward Brewer Homes was hassle free, with first class tradespeople, no stress, built in 17 weeks (in winter time). Nothing was too much trouble, from David who personally supervised from day one to handover, to office backup in the administration department, Nikki was first class, keeping us up to date with the financial part of the project.
The project went so smooth people are stopping us to say “How well your house went”.
We would not hesitate to go down this same path again and build with EBH.
