Our experienced designer will help you custom design your home to meet your budget. A computer-aided sketch is drawn to meet your every desire. We then provide you a detailed quotation listing all the inclusions / exclusions based on our standard specification.
Once you’ve decided to move forward, A small fee of 1.5 for standard single storey and 2% for standard two- storey, of the budget quoted is payable. This allows us to complete full working drawings in detail, engineer your house plans, collate site information such as surveys, engineers site reports, energy efficiency, BAL and Coastal requirements. Once this stage is complete, your building quote will be finalised and will reflect any adjustments where necessary in relation to the above. This is important information that allow us to complete construction ready drawings to finalise and lock in costs to present to your financier and for Shire approval.
Construction plans, Addenda of Specifications and the Building Quote now form the building contract ready for your authorisation. Once signed and a deposit paid, we can formally apply for the relevant building approvals. (Note: PPA deposit is deducted from the building contract deposit amount, which is deducted from the contract quote total). Yes you read it right, going ahead with a building contract, you receive your individual custom home drawings free of charge.
This is where the fun starts! You’ll go through a process of selecting your colours and finishing touches to make the home you’ve dreamed of come to life. At the same time, your plans will be submitted to council (and any other authorities required) for building approval to prevent lengthy delays where possible.
